Referral Form Options

In Refernet you can customise the fields on your systems Referral form.

The only compulsory fields are Category and Notes. As Category is used to assign the outcome on the case, and the Notes are used to detail the reasons for the referral.

All other fields are optional to be set as visible or mandatory.

The system administrator is the only user with the rights to set and change these Referral form options.

Options can be found under the Preferences > Referral From section
